Teaching brings personal
rewards from solid efforts. But there are other benefits that

Edvantage is a program created specially for the educational community and offers such rewards. Edvantage is primarily offered to members of Ontario's four teachers' federations and associations. Teacher candidates, as associate members of OTF, can become members of Edvantage while they are in teacher's college. Edvantage is administered by Ontario Teachers Insurance Plan.
