OTF represents more than 155 000 active members who are contributors to the Ontario Teachers’ Pension Plan and an additional 110 000 retirees.

As socially conscious members of their communities and citizens of Canada and the world, teachers frequently comment to OTF concerning particular investments by the OTPP that they find troubling. Many are not aware of the constraints upon OTF and its partner, the Government of Ontario, regarding any action we might take with the OTPP on their behalf.
