Education Week is a time for students, teachers and parents to celebrate teaching excellence and student achievement. The theme for this year’s education week is “Equity in Action,” a fitting description of Ontario’s publicly funded education system.
“Every day, teachers across the province make equity a central part of their lesson plan. The result is world class schools that prepare our students with dynamic skills they need to succeed,” states Chris Cowley, OTF President. “OTF thanks all teachers in publicly funded education for their dedication to teaching and the young people of Ontario.”
