Family Studies Part II, builds on the material in Part I and continues to look at a curriculum as varied as the teachers who teach it. Family Studies Part II allows you to deepen your understanding of the vision and philosophies related to the various Family Studies courses. You will have the opportunity to dialogue and network with your colleagues and share ideas and practices through a variety of professional activities. You will be involved in activities that will connect Ontario curriculum expectations, provincial and school board policies to your Family Studies classroom. You will create a bank of Family Studies resources that are classroom ready. Other topics explored include differentiated instruction, equity, technology, healthy schools and financial literacy.
