Building on the knowledge and skills developed in Part 1 and Part 2, you will engage with the ethical, legislative, and pedagogical frameworks that shape cooperative education in Ontario and examine how those frameworks function across schools, boards, and placement contexts. Throughout the course, you will develop research-informed leadership strategies, and collaborate with community members, industry representatives, and fellow educators. You will lead innovation in assessment practices, facilitate professional learning communities, and advocate for systemic change that advances accessibility, inclusion, and social justice within cooperative education.
