Join k2i (kindergarten to industry) academy at York University’s Lassonde School of Engineering for the unveiling of our Grade 10 Computer Science resource! k2i academy is reimagining how people discover and pursue STEM (science, technology, engineering, and mathematics) pathways. From kindergarten to the professional world, we work alongside education partners, communities, and collaborators in research and industry to dismantle systemic barriers and create pathways for those underrepresented in STEM, including Black and Indigenous students, girls, and gender-diverse people. Through innovative programs that bring STEM to life in classrooms, workplaces, and communities, k2i fosters opportunities for connection, mentorship, and transformation.

As part of our commitment to supporting educators, we have developed free teaching resources designed to align with the Ontario curriculum and provide students with engaging STEM learning experiences. These resources are available on our website in English and French and can be integrated directly into classroom practice. They are designed to help teachers make STEM education engaging and relevant for all learners. We encourage you to share these materials with school administrators and educators in your schools and explore partnership opportunities with the k2i Academy as we work together to advance inclusive STEM education across Ontario.
