The course expands on the 5 main sectors of the Green Industries: Landscaping, Horticulture, Agriculture, Forestry and Floristry. The complexity of this sector requires instructors to be diversified in a variety of skills that can be facilitated in a wide variety of learning environments at the Senior Level. Instructional strategies include cooperative learning, problem-solving and classroom management for a safe classroom. Evaluation of performance-based learning provides a focus for the development of learning modules and other instructional methods appropriate for broad-based and integrated technology programs.
