Learning through Math Games

Developing and playing games with young learners allows educators to naturally embed concepts, methods, and new vocabulary of mathematics into their play. Educators are able to create, adapt, and extend simple games to meet the needs of their classroom. In this webinar, we will look at practical examples that can be used to support student understanding of mathematics. Educators will also have an opportunity to think about their role in supporting the development of concepts and vocabulary while playing alongside students.
