Environmental Education, Specialist AQ is a course which builds off of the knowledge and skills acquired in Environmental Education Part I and the extension, application and design of learning opportunities developed in Environmental Education Part II. Concepts such as sustainability and ecological literacy are integrated into environmental education planning, implementation and assessment in a holistic way. Candidates will explore leading change in developing instructional strategies and curricular experiences in a safe, inclusive and diverse learning environment.
Prerequisites:
- Successful completion of the Additional Qualification course: Environmental Eduation Part 2; and
- Two years of successful teaching experience, with one year specific to the role, certified by a supervisory officer.
