Advanced study of practical strategies for the teaching of mathematics in the Primary and Junior grades. This course will consider perceptual, conceptual, cognitive and affective factors as they relate to the learning of mathematics, knowledge of the language of mathematics, assessment and appropriate remedial strategies.
