Key Ideas Continuum with Next Steps

This tool is developed from the continuum developed in our previous project. The intention is to identify where each child is along the continuum, so as to group them based on learning needs and target instruction in guided math lessons. This table gives lists of suggested next steps to address each key idea.

Continuum Data Wall

This tool is to be used in conjunction with the Continuum Next Steps. Each child's understanding is documented across the continuum, leaving spaces where their learning needs are. This makes it easy to determine next steps and to put them into needs-based groups for guided math instruction.
