Curating for the Classroom

Have you ever walked into an Art Gallery and wondered how or why the curator put the collection together just so? As educators, we are constantly trying to help students get to just the right resource to spark their inquiry. How can we curate resources for our own learning, for our collective learning, or our students learning? How can we foster the skill of curation within our students themselves? During this session we explore the when, why and how of curation as we also build our toolbox of curation tools. Throughout the evening we will make connections back to our 21st century global competencies.
