Intro to GAFE – Google Drive, Docs and Slides

Many school boards across Ontario have adopted Google Apps for Education, a power suite of tools for the educational space.  This session will serve as an introduction to using Google Drive, Google Docs and Google Slides.  Learn how to make use of Google Drive as both a cloud storage and digital sharing option, as well as a creation tool for digital resources.  Through Google Drive, learn the basic and power features of Google Docs, a cloud-based word processor that enables great possibilities personally and collaboratively.  Lastly, learn to make use of Google Slides, a digital presentation tool with a variety of applications for the classroom.  After this session, you’ll feel confident using Google Applications for yourself and with your students!

NOTE: Examples shared in this session will have a secondary focus. Presented by: Andrew Bieronski.
