Incorporating spontaneous talk is a key element of the 2014 revised FSL Curriculum, yet it is still a struggle for many teachers. In this session, participants will discuss and share concrete strategies to build student confidence in speaking spontaneously. We will also discuss strategies and challenges associated with evaluating spontaneous talk. Ideas will flow and participants will have opportunities to share their own successful examples!
